It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William J. Dowling (Tarrytown, New York), who passed away on April 5, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Rose Pappalardi Dowling and William Joseph Dowling. He is survived by: his children, Anna Elisabeth Dowling and William Joseph Dowling, III; and his grandson Brendan Dowling.
