With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sherwood B. Chorost of Tarrytown, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on November 20, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Peter Chorost and Bluma Chorost (Lippman); his wife Alice Goldberg; his children, Dan (Sabrina Tavi), Amy (Steve Benenson) and Michael (Victoria Nugent); his grandchildren, Giselle, Eliana Tavi Chorost, Eric and Ethan Benenson; and his brother Saul Chorost.
Due to the recent surge in COVID, it is requested that everyone attending the Memorial Visitation please wear a mask.
