He is survived by: his wife Ana Booker; his daughters, Leslie, Breanne and Elianny; his siblings, Shawanna, Curtis and Latoya; his parents-in-law, Ana and Elias; his aunts, Valerie Booker, Carolyn O'Neill and Brenda Henderson; his uncle David O'Neill; his nephew Rashaun Booker (Daquan Booker); his niece Kiera Booker; and his close friend Stephen Neilsen.
