She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter McCarthy and Mildred McCarthy; her siblings, Helen Herlihy of Lake Ariel, Loretta McCarthy of Narragansett, RI, Edward (Betsy McCarthy), Josephine (Christopher Stern), Daniel McCarthy (Walter McCarthy) of Wappingers Falls and Matthew of Lake Peekskill; her nieces, Colleen Schwartz, Eileen Mohammed, Meagan Stern, Sara Trace and Maggie Salls; her nephew Jack McCarthy; her great-nephews, Bryce, Brody McCarthy and Matthew Salls; and her great-niece Mackenzie Trace. She was also cherished by many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either the American Cancer Society, or the Leukemia and Lymphoma society.
