He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Brideau and Alice Brideau; and his siblings, Leo Brideau, Viola Duffy, Gertrude Lazzarino and Ann Marie Bucscetto.

He is survived by: his siblings, Grace Malandrino, Jeanette Trodden, Diane Gagliardi, Kay Lingardo, Alvin, Norman and Henry Brideau. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
