She was predeceased by: her parents, Nannie Evans and James R. Evans; her grandmother Georgianna James; her husband Charles E. Kyle; her son Daryl E. Kyle Sr.; her grandson Daryl E. Kyle Jr.; and her siblings, Franklin "Bill" Evans, Sadie Green, Etta Parker, Olivia Alston, Eugene T. Evans and Sarah A. Evans.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen L. Kyle, Michelle N. Bason (James) and Charléne M. Manning (Robert); her daughter-in-law Brenda Kyle; her sister Dorothy Palmer; her grandchildren, Michael Kyle, Carl Fenton (Jennifer), Greg Rogers, James Bason III, Ian Davis, Kyle Bason, Joel Davis, Julia "Ingrid" Kyle, Tiffany Johnson and Jasmine Bowser; and her friend Alba Glass. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Calendar Union Baptist Church (31 Manhattan Ave, White Plains, NY 10607). A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.
