He was predeceased by : his father Eugene T. Blumer Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Christine Blumer; and his brother Matthew Blumer of Cortlandt Manor, NY.. He is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles and his many cousins.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dwyer & Michael's Funeral Home (90 N Broadway, Tarrytown, NY 10591). A burial was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Rose Hills Memorial Park (100 Mill St, Putnam Valley, NY 10579).
