He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John A. Doherty and Bernice V. Doherty (Scope); his wife Gail Ann (Baker); his children, Donald M. Jr. (Erica), Thomas (Kate), Michael (Stephanie) and Susan (Steven); his grandchildren, Natalie, Sarah Kate, Amanda and Jacob; and his sister Judith Ann.
