He is survived by: his wife Janet Buenafuente; his brother Emilio Egea; his daughter Michele Phillips; his sons-in-law, Gary Wadds and James McDermott; his grandchildren, James Thomas, Sean Louis and Emma Marie; and his great grandchild Matthew Joseph.
