She is survived by: her sons, Mike and Tom; her spouse Boots Clark; her sisters, Melba Lou Brickman and Nadine; her stepsister Marge Ayers of Portland, OR.; her children, Michael Alan Clark of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Dillan Reese Clark (Missey), Austin Michael Clark, Katelyn Clark and Thomas William Clark (Alyce Miles Clark) of Germantown, TN; her grandson Jackson Nolan Clark; her children, Robin Clark Haynes of Oklahoma City, OK, Mikayla Lynn Haynes and Jacob Clark Haynes; and also, Gary Brickman (Connie), Linda Brickman Ross of Enid, OK., Jimmy Ray Shepherd, Connie Attard (Steve Attard), Rick Shepherd (Rosemary) and Doug Harris.
About a decade later she was diagnosed with early stages of Alzheimer's and battled with this disease until her death.
