He was predeceased by: his son Steven; and his sister Barbara. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kaminski (Fitzgerald); his sons, Kevin Kaminski of Toms River, NJ and David Kaminski of Tappan, NY; and his sister Jacqueline.
