James J. Healy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James J. Healy (Tappan, New York), who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Beatrice (O'Neill); his wife Anne McCart; his siblings, Timothy Healy, Margaret Garrison and Beatrice Howfield; and his grandson Michael Van Huben.
He is survived by: his children, Margaret (GaryVan Huben), James (Denise) and Laurie (Brian Wiese); his grandchildren, Anne, Christopher Van Huben, Catherine, Elizabeth Wiese, Lanie and Jillian Healy; and his sister Anna Borucinski. He is also survived by friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pizzi Funeral Home (120 Paris Ave, Northvale, NJ 07647). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart RC Church (120 Kings Hwy, Tappan, NY 10983). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at the Rockland Cemetery (201 Kings Hwy, Sparkill, NY 10976).
