She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Anibal; her children, Marguerita Texeira of Tappan, NY, Denise Scheyd (Stewart) of Nyack, NY and Charisse Texeira-Palma (Marco) of New Windsor, NY.; her grandchildren, Freedom, Gabriella, Sky, Brenson and Sabelle; and her sibling Charlie Oubina.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the charity of one's choice in Carmen's memory would be greatly appreciated.
