He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Theresa Manley Blake, Sr.; his sister Carol J. "Abby" Lawrence; and his brothers-in-law, Jack Leonard, Jim O'Halloran and Stan Lawrence.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joanne Ziemba (Ted) of New Hartford, Constance Leonard of Taberg, Judy O'Halloran of Taberg, Terry Arnott (Bob) of Verona and Arlene Risley (Ed) of Taberg; his nephews, Tom, David and Mark; his great-nephew Michael; his nephews, Travis and Tim; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shea Patrick and Blake. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with their children.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home at one time, everyone must wear a face covering upon entering and proper social distancing protocols must be adhered to once inside.
