It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael W. Champion of Taberg, New York, born in Auburn, New York, who passed away on June 19, 2020, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father David Champion; and his sister Bobbi Jo O'Gorman-Champion. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Champion (Sagehorn); his wife Roxanne Coonrod; his daughters, Mary Fry, Nicole Champion, Beverly Champion (Erica), Tammy Champion (Daniel), Michelle Champion and Audree Hutchinson; his siblings, Tracy Broadbent (Charles), Rob Dougherty (Lilli), Raymond Champion (Jackie) and Shaun Champion (Jenn); his cousin Kimmie Renee Clark; and his friends, Terry Kelly, Shane McRae, John Pritchard and Jay Schultz. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home at one time, everyone must wear a face covering upon entering and proper social distancing protocols must be adhered to once inside.
