She was predeceased by: her brother Roy Burkhart Jr; her grandchildren, Christopher Mahl and Brittany Baker; and her sister-in-law MaryEllen Hamlet. She is survived by: her spouse Theodore R. Butler Sr.; her children, Laurie Smith (Russell) of Camden, Karen Koscinski (Joseph) of Sauquoit, Phyllis Baker (Jeffrey) of Rome and Theodore Jr. Butler (Rebecca) of Taberg; her sisters, Sally Rausmusen and Noreen Hildabrandt; and her brother-in-law Robin Hamlet. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to the American Heart Association.
