He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Smith of Utica, NY, Gerald Smith (Johnna "Jaba" Westine) of Vernon, NY and Scott Smith (Jessica) of Webster, NY; his grandchildren, Emily Moffett, Kaylee Smith and KoraLynn Smith; and his sister-in-law Patricia Smith of El Dorado, CA.
