She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Fox and Viola Fox (Webb); her son Carl Russell; and her siblings, Barbara, Andrew, Emerson, Lillian "Polly", Evelyn, Mary, Theodore, Mariah, Edward, Benjamin, Seymour and William Fox.
She is survived by: her husband Carl T. "Bud" Russell; her daughter Kathy; her son-in-law George Russell; her son Randy; her daughter-in-law Lauren Russell; and her grandchildren, Richard, Amy, David, Jill, Ashley, Kristen, Tricia and Stacey. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
