It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zoya Onufriychuk of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Illya; her parents, Mykola Yakymchuk and Yelena Yakymchuk; and her brother Illya Yakymchuk. She is survived by: her children, Vasyl (Olga), Mariia Bosovyk (Theo), Olga Kupchak (Michail), Ivan (Tatyana), Nicolas (Galina), Stephan (Natalya), Paul (Angela), Yelena Garkot (Ivan) and Larisa Chuvik (George); and her sister Yelena Yeremiy (Dima). She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and one niece.
