He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimir Siwik and BettyJane Siwik; and his sisters, Claudia Dufresne and Jacqueline Haynes. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol Knapp, Linda Cook (Howard), Dorothy Jacobs (Roland), Christine Siwik and Denise Claudio. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
