He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Gertrude; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Steven Jacobsen (Laura) of Syracuse, Brian Jacobsen (Elizabeth) of Conway, SC and Becky Enders (Gary) of Corning; and his sister Doris Jacobsen Hopper of Nedrow. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
