He was predeceased by: his brother Robert; his wife Dorothy; and his grandsons, Michael, Ronald and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, During, Wickwire, Champion Sheet Metal, Cortland Hardware, Carrier Corp, Syracuse University, Robert (Stacy Field), William (Julie), Rick (Lisa Weir), BettyLou Bakker (Joe Camillo), Nancy Sinclair (John) and Rhonda O'Mara (Joseph). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
