He is survived by: his wife Roberta Vader (Foster); his children, Jonathan Smallwood, Joshua Vader (Carly Piorie) and Allison; his grandchildren, Arianna Monds, Aubrey Vader and Roman Jones; and his siblings, Eleanor Braun, Brenda Pendall and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
