She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Christina Bonspille and Mohawk of Kanesatake; her husband Stephen Romas; her siblings, June Elliott and Douglas Lissebeck; her daughter Patricia Phillips of Syracuse; her grandchildren, Chad Phillips of Red Creek, Danielle Doll (Kevin) of Red Creek and Jennifer Rotach (Charles) of Red Creek; and her sisters, Normal Arnold of Syracuse, NY and Christine Kearney (Don) of Oka. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild.
