Cook and Stephanie Jenkins (Paul); her grandchildren, Shad Cook (Andrea), Carolyn Cook, Stan Cook (Teisha), Ben Cook (Sonja), Sierra Davis (John Aumell), Alisha Emmerich (Juston), James Mills, Jeff Jenkins (Kristen) and Dylan Jenkins (Liz); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Gwen, Shawn, Andrew, Ethan, Taryn, Alison, Sophia, Haleigh, Ayden, George, Dylan, Samantha, Camron and Jovanna; and her great great grandchildren, Izabella and Kaiden.
