It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia M. Parker of Syracuse, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on June 3, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Parker; her former husband Clifford Isbell; and her parents, Casey Smith and Marion Smith. She is survived by: her children, Douglas Isbell (Casey Gross), Cynthia Thayer (Jim McConnon) and Mark Isbell (Linda); and her grandchildren, Brian Isbell (Kim), Shawn Massoom, Kyle Lepowski (Christina) and Elizabeth DuShaw (Matthew). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several stepchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
