With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia F. Meikleham (Syracuse, New York), born in Derry, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Felice and Salvatore Felice; her husband Lt. James F. Meikleham; her son John David; her son-in-law Paul Janas; and her siblings, Alfred, Frank and Marian Lorusso.
She is survived by: her brother Charles; her children, Mary Granger, James Kevin Meikleham and Joan Janas; her grandchildren, Jessica, Sarah, Jamie, Erin and Devin; and her great grandchildren, Brynn, Evan, Sean and Charlotte. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in her memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, St. Judes Childrens Hospital and Disabled American Veterans.
