He was predeceased by: his parent Concetto Stagnitta; and his wife Theresa Stagnitta (Destefano). He is survived by: his children, Donna Longo (Ronald) of Westvale and Jimmy Stagnitta (Sabrina) of Camillus; his grandchildren, Michael Williams (Christine), Amanda Stagnitta (Michael Loiodice) and James Stagnitta, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Melody, Mickey Williams, Riley Catanzarite and Julia Theresa Loiodice; and his brother Anthony Stagnitta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
