She is survived by: her children, Welsey Shuler, Jr. (Terri), Delphine Shuler, Bernard Shuler (Dorcas), Anthony Shuler, Sr. (Kim) and Valerie Horton, Jr. (Robert). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
