He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Adams (Odom). He is survived by: his children, Charles J. Alexander and Nassauma D. Adams; his nephew Frank V. Adams, Jr.; his sister Drucilla Adams; his close friend Gladys Kitchen; and his grandchildren, Jason Alexander and Erica Johnson. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
