He was predeceased by: his parents, Tod John Sr. and Anastasia Bogan; his wife Fran; his daughter Kathy; and his brothers, Jerry, Pat, Jim and Larry.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Bogan (Leslie Davis); his brother Terry Bogan (Angela); his grandchildren, Danielle, Marion Rafte, Chad and Ciara Bogan; his son-in-law James Rafte Jr. (Chad); his friends, Allen and Kristie Braun (Barbara Carlise); his pets, Chip and Peaches; and also Melinda Bogan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
