It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas H. Spencer (Syracuse, New York), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas R. Spencer and Mary Ellen Spencer (Harrington); his wife Joylette Lemasters; his son-in-law John Richards; his daughters, Sue Clarey (Michael), Amy Richards, Carol Spencer (David Bleecker) and Sarah Spencer; his brother Paul; and his siblings-in-law, Carl Maneri, Shirley Spencer and Kay Alsip (John). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
