It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas E. Clarke of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on October 2, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Roskopf and Thomas Clarke; his daughter Emily; and his sister Amy. He is survived by: his daughters, Abigail, Haley and Madison; his wife Elizabeth Cowin Clarke; his siblings, Mary Lou Lander, Kelly Curtis, Patricia Artessa (Jamie), Theresa LaMarre (Richard), Mark, James and Michael; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Cowin (Sue), John Cowin (Darlene Kerr), Judy Landherr (Clifford) and Patricia Wojenski (Michael).
A college education fund for Tom's children has been set up, in lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that any donations be made to the Syracuse Fire Department FCU - Clarke Education Fund through the Syracuse Fire Department FCU, 211 Wilkinson St., Syracuse, NY 13204.
