He was predeceased by: his father Alton Clark. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Clark (Peluso); his children, Ava and Ethan; his mother Mary Jane Clark; his siblings, James Clark (Tammy), David Clark and Diane Kallfelz (Dave); and his nieces and nephews, Danielle, Jake, Luke, Samantha, Tierney, Nora, Mike, Kaity, Kevin, Adreanna, Hannah, Jacquelyn and Kyle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
