It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Dugan of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on September 8, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Thomas leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Dugan and Dorothy Dugan (Lewis); and his siblings, Jack and Janice. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his sons, Jeff (Danielle) and Brian; his brother James (Elaine); and his granddaughter Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home (3180 Bellevue Ave, Syracuse, NY 13219). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Military Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans Association, The Tunnels to Towers Foundation or Camillus Winter Sports Association.
