She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Jakubowski; her children, Melissa Braun (David), Jeffrey Jakubowski and Andy Jakubowski; her grandchildren, Kelsey Braun, Hayden Braun, Evelyn Jakubowski, Louis Jakubowski and Stanley Jakubowski; her mother Elizabeth Francey; her sisters, Anne Nowakowski (Wayne) and Mary Hamblin (Randy); and her sister-in-law Joyce Sawyer (David). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
