It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Alexander Black in Syracuse, New York, born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Black (Manning) and Alexander Petrie Black. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Maria Black, Doris Larson, Richard Katras (Jean), Marilyn Henderson (Thomas), Laura Black, Scott Vincent (Valorie), Eric Vincent, Lisa (Vincent) and Sculley (Michael); his sister Linda Jenkins (Thomas); his brother-in-law Chuck Doll (Maureen Grannan); his nephews, Scott, Glenn Jenkins and Ryan Grannan-Doll; his niece Kelsey Grannan-Doll; and his former wife Deidre Boyer (Marilyn). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
