Shirley McCarthy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2021, at the age of 77, Shirley McCarthy of Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sons, Charles B. Peacock Jr. and Kevin S. McCarthy, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Erick D. McCarthy (Mischelle) and Anitra C. Peacock of Syracuse, NY; and her siblings, Mary McCarthy of Pahokee Florida, Maxine McCarthy Veach (Dannie) of Syr, Carl A. McCarthy of Syr, William H. McCarthy (Patricia) of South Carolina and Earl L. McCarthy of Syr. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

Face coverings will be required and social distancing will be practiced.
