She is survived by: her children, Michele Ciaccia, Mark Ciaccia and Kayla Church; her grandchildren, Brandon, Bella, Enzo Jr., Amanda, Amber, Michael, Devin, Derek, Zachary, Danielle, Jessica, Lauren and Clarissa; her great grandchildren, Madalynn and Cryus; her sister Helen Pellizzari; her nieces, Elaine, Debbie, Kathie, Karen and Cheryl; and her nephew Edward.
