He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jackson and Rosie LaPoint Ellsworth; and his sister Kristen Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Tommy, Lily, Shana, Mason and Jaylex. He is also survived by three brothers; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
