She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Bissell; her children, Mark Bissell (Charlene) of Syracuse, Kevin Bissell of Beaver and Margaret Bissell of Winchester, WV; her sister Paula Henry (Harold) of Kittanning; and her grandson Nicholas Bissell.
