She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Seagers and Elizabeth Seagers (Langdon). She is survived by: her husband Carl Smith, Jr.; her sons, Carl Smith III (Cindy) of Syracuse and Robert Smith of Syracuse; her sister Suzann Hall of West Virginia; and her grandchildren, Carl, Dakota, Bertha and August.
