He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick Bovalino and Julia Bovalino; his wife Wilma Bovalino; his daughter Julia Morse; his granddaughter Rebecca; and his siblings, Michael, Joseph and Carmen.

He is survived by: his children, Samuel Bovalino and Dolores Bovalino; his grandchildren, Samuel (Karen), Sherri (Roger), Peter (Barbara), Gregory Morse (Cathy), Mark Morse (Joanna) and Deborah Belica (William); and his brother Frank Bovalino (Rosemary). He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; 4 step great-grandchildren.
