He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Sally Jean Engel (Thomas) and Marybeth McLoughlin (David); his granddaughter Christina Jean Zoba (Ben); his brothers, Thomas Phillips (Beverly) and Joseph Phillips (Patricia); and his stepchildren, Pat, Ronnie, Mark, Paul, Jeanine, Regina and Kathy. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
