She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Owens and Helen Owens (Westcott); and her husband Lt. Colonel Sam F. Grillo. She is survived by: her children, George E. Michel (Maureen), Timothy J. Michel (Katie), Martin L. Michel (Michelle) and Melissa A. Burke. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great-great-grandchildren.
