She is survived by: her daughters, Rachel McKenzie (Erwin), Renée Ross, Regan Ross and Rylee Ross; her father Emil Madore; her husband David Freeze; her siblings, Cheryl Brantis and Ron Forbus (Jeanette); her nieces and nephews, Melissa Wickam, Gianna Feher and Ronan Forbus; and her cousins, Chris Madore, Justin Madore (Marie) and April Madore.
