Ruth E. Foley Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth E. Foley (Syracuse, New York), born in Albany, New York, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Dickey and Ruth Dickey; and her husband John J. Foley, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Kenyon (Michael), Kevin Foley and Mary Carlisle (Ryan); her siblings, Andy Dickey and Mary Piscitelli; her brother-in-law Robert Foley; her cousin Fran Foley; and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Adrianna, Alexandria, Allison and Aubrey Carlisle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
