With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roslyn R. Bilford (Syracuse, New York), born in Port Chester, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2018 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Herbert; and her children, Hillary and Howard.
She was a founding member of Meals on Wheels in 1959; a member of the steering committee that founded Hospice of CNY; a founding director of the CNY Alzheimers Association; and a founding member of the NYS Home Care Association.
