Rosemary Chapell Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 20, 2021, Rosemary Chapell of Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Chappell, Jr.; and her brother Charles Moore. She is survived by: her siblings, Philip Moore (Helen) and Margaret Green (Charles); her daughter Lara Chappell (Michael); and her stepsons, John (Christine), Charles (Mary) and Thomas (Victoria). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
