She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Schenkel and Frieda Schenkel (Kaser); and her siblings, Joseph Schenkel and Anna Lingenfelser. She is survived by: her husband Eric L. Biegler; her daughter Anna (David Shipe); her granddaughter Ruth Ann; her great grandchildren, Chianna and Tre; her grandson Daniel (Titi Shipe); her great grandchildren, Analiese, Koen and Kaden; her daughter Erika (Jim Moore); her grandson Philip; her son Eric D. Biegler; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Jessica and Samuel; and her grandson David. She is also survived by her youngest brother; many loving nieces and nephews and good friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Butler-Badman Funeral Home (4504 W Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13215).
In lieu of flowers, Rose desired to have donations sent in her memory to: Eagle Wings Academy, 3740 Midland Avenue, Syracuse , NY 13205.
